Be forewarned! SJC is still under construction, tho looking beautiful & like a real airport. The walk from gate to baggage claim/exit is a HAUL! It'll feel like you're walking for miles. Good cardio!

The ceiling art between gates 19/20 is uhmazeing! The 'e-cloud' @ 22/23 is RAD! The Baron Von Munchausen creation outside security is excellent! The aquarium @ 24/25 is cool too! Well done new SJC! I

The AT&T WiFi - which I pay for - is embarrassingly slow compared to the free WiFi here. Some days I wonder why AT&T even exists...

When using the kiosk for checking in or reprinting your boarding pass, just insert a credit card or your DL instead of inputting your confirmation number. Saves time.

One of the WORST airports in terms of logistics. Unnecessarily long walks to gates, to shuttles, everywhere. They turn a half mile shuttle ride into a 2 mile journey.

There are electrical power outlets at all the seats at the gates in the Southwest Terminal. No more Drop kicking the nice old lady trying to steal the last outlet to get your charge on.

No matter what airline your fly, make sure you're at the gate 45 minutes to an hour prior to departure. Doors close 10 minutes prior to departure. Airplanes don't wait for you, YOU wait for airplanes.

Free WiFi. I guess I basically expect there to be free wifi everywhere, but at the very least, in airports! SJC caters to the productive business traveler and the internet dependent traveler alike.
