There is a path at the lower side of the lookout that leads to the maunawili trail with nice vistas and waterfalls.
Go past the gate to walk the old road...lots of greenery and a gorgeous view!

Get a different perspective by going down the Old Pali Highway trail from the lower end of the lookout.
Military and locals are free! Make sure you bring your id! Also, don't wear hats, dresses, and anything that will go flying. It can get really windy. Wear appropriate shoes theres a nice walking trail
