Order the Roti Canai, fresh coconut, clay pot chicken. Carry cash.
The coconut pudding is great for coconut lovers. Huge amount & the meat was thick & refreshing so save room at the end. Get their roti telur as an appetizer.
Beef curry ($6.75) is just a smaller portion of the beef rendang ($15) - better for a solo diner. Add a roti to round out the meal.
Enjoying their Curry Mee Yong To Fu very much! Recommended for Asian cuisine in NYC! 👍🏻👍🏻
The food is average, at best decent. The stir fried pearl noodle is good. However, I always feel like the staff here have bad attitude. The food also takes quite a while.
Good Malaysian food, service is not bad - get the roti canai, hainanese chicken and curry noodles
My go-to Malaysian place. Get the roti canai, egg and seafood flat noodles with the brown sauce, and beef rendang.
This place is not as good as it was when it was in the location across the street. It has adjusted more for the touristy palate. Although the Roti is still decent.
Cash only. Everything was delicious. Great atmosphere.
Roti canai, cheap lunch specials, cash only. Only vegan dish is a curry pot
The prawn noodle is awesome and the soup is excellent.
Cash only! This place is extremely affordable. Come if you're hungry!
Big menu with low prices. Come if you're HUNGRY. Cash only
Roti canai, beef short ribs
Beef rendang matches some of the best in Asia
Get the singhaaaa
Start with the roti canai and then get the haianese chicken rice. Don't forget a singha!
Prawn Mee soup noodle is amazing
$6.95 lunch specials! and the roti canai is amazing!
Everything here is delicious. Come for lunch it's so cheap!
The best malasian food this area
Try the Mee Siam
chickens are all amazing and tomyam soup with noodles is gorgeous
Lunch special can't be beat! It's $6-8 for soup and an entree. The service is friendly and fast and the food is delicious.
Seaweed seafood soup
The roti canai is below par. But it's roti canai, sooo... still a must order.
Roti canai, hainese chicken
Skip the Pad Thai. Go for the Fried Pearl Noodles instead. Also best Hainanese chicken in Chinatown!
Roti canal is a must, as is the belacan. Looking forward to trying more dishes!
Mixed Vegetable Curry recommended (do not know about rest of menu)
Try the Roti Canai, Beef Rendang, and Mango Chicken.
peanut pancake dessert is only available during non- rush hours.. Finally got to try it though! 😋
Great food, great price, and its a perfect spot to try something new and tasty. The shrimp puff was definitely delicious.
Malaysian food. First time ever. The taro, sweet potato, in coconut soup (desert) was beyond this world.
I've *finally* found a decent roti in NYC -- rich and buttery, flaky but stretchy! The mee goreng was not bad either, so I'd happily recommend this place to any visitors from south Asia / Oceania
Serious Eats Top 10 Vegan spot in NYC. That means: this place is worth checking out http://newyork.seriouseats.com/2014/03/kenji-top-10-vegan-bites-nyc.html
If this place is too busy try New Malaysian Restaurant nearby.
The baby tofu curry appetizer was incredible. I could have made that my meal.
Roti Canai, Hainanese Chicken with Chicken Rice and Kang Kung Belacan to hit all flavors and food groups. Stays true to what I grew up eating in Singapore.
Yum! Roti canai, Malaysian iced coffee is a must. If you come with a group, order full size hainanese chicken with chicken broth rice as a side!
Pretty good Malaysian fare. Get the roti.
Never had a bad meal here. Just make sure to bring cash! Roti canai FTW
Every dish here is incredibly delicious, but the roti canai, char kway teow noodles, and the crispy golden squid are essential eating!!!!!
One of the best Roti Canai I had! Make sure you order one.
Nasi lemak, roti canai and a fresh coconut.
A variety of Malaysian and other Asian-inspired dishes are served at Nyonya, such as the Hainanese Chicken, Roti Canai, and an excellent Curry Noodle Soup.
I concur with the Beef Rendang reccos. Nom nom nom.
