People tend to check in during these times:
Overlooking a city that loves to celebrate, Orbit Lounge Bar & Tapas is a popular meeting spot for Sydney sophisticates and international guests.
Go to The Summit before sunset, kick back with a cocktail or two, then order the two-course dinner. Start with Duck then the Pork Belly. Easy!
takes about an hour to orbit the whole city. can feel a little dizzy if youre conscious of it rotating .. good ambiance
Ask for a table by the window for a spectacular 360 view of Sydney. The raw food is fantastic here. Salmon and Barra were both divine. Service was disappointing for the quality of the restaurant.
Martinis are good but you have to specify as the staff is untrained :)
Food not really the best, but the view is worth so much more.
Get the girls together and celebrate with cocktails and the view at sunset
Worth splashing every precious penny :)
Girl ur having a blast!!!! Take me with u next time ;)
Love it.... It is moving bar for city veiw
Come for the city central location and view. Stay for the fun bar food menu. Open after 5:00pm
Mock tails are amazing! But go on a sunny day, because you don't get the full view on a cloudy day.
Waitresses are a little slow..
Espresso Martinis are amazing (& lethal)!!
Reserve yourself a seat in Sydney's revolving restaurant! Unobstructed views and celebrity chef Michael Moore's innovative contemporary menu. Its just $30 for a Fast Festival Feast
The minimal price for drink is $8. Quite convenient. :)
twiced cooked crispy pork belly, apple vanilla marmalade, sprout leaves and volcanic black salt. If this isn't food porn I don't know what is.
So much better than Sydney Tower.
Did not try it for dinner, came after 10pm and took a cocktail, just enjoy the view!
Drinks aren't cheap but the view is spectacular. Lamb tacos are surprisingly good
One of the best scenic restaurant in the city. Take the lift without asking in concierge
The view. The service. The magnums of champagne. You must must must come here. Yes it gets expensive quickly, but totally worth every center with the right company.
Interesting cocktails but what's great here is the fantastic panoramic view! This revolving door doesn't bode well for those with motion sickness though.
Go for a drink and watch the city revolve around you!
Pricey drinks but you're paying for the view - definitely worth hitting up after work to take in the sunset and an unobstructed view of the entire city - we paid about $80 for 6 drinks
Strict dress codes - can't go in with running shoes and it's not written anywhere. Bloody stucked up hostess!
Martin and Britney are probably two of the most amazing service industry people I have ever met. The food was absolutely sensational and the recommendations were spot on!
Everything is underwhelming except for the view
Awesome view over Sydney!!
Great view, terrible food! Meals were uncooked and bland. Waiters also refilled the wrong drinks the whole night, won't return here anytime soon!
The food was excellent but service was less than par. Manager comped two drinks but only took the edge off.
Try the tenderloin. Amazing.
Had the spiced pastrami and it was delicious
Good times! Terrible music. I'd rather listen to delta on speak on the voice...
lovely restaurant ... the view is stunning and the food is awesome...
Apparently you are not allowed to be here if you are not ordering anything
$8 is a minimal order
On weekdays in October, get a set main course, a matched glass of Brown Brothers wine, Coopers beer or San Pellegrino sparkling or Acqua Panna still mineral water, plus coffee, for just $38.
Pork Belly is disgusting all fat and no flavor. Chocolate desert is nice though for $25.
When you have a coaster on your table they won't take your order.
Sweet potato crisps bad
DON'T take the dips on the bar's menu - 3 pieces of stale bread stick with a dab of little better than tomato sauce (a $19 joke). Anti pasti plate good ($29) Amazing view on the rotating platform.
