People tend to check in during these times:
Neighborhood crew playing music, good selection of whiskey, and friendly barkeepers.
Good for live music and and after work drink. Not a sports bar but they have great Guinness
Very cozy with great Irish Live Music, cold pints and great craic.
My favorite pub in Dublin! Great blend of locals, visitors, the young, old and traditional music.
Guinness. Also check out the ancient photographs covering the walls.
Classic old man pub on Baggot Street. You can't go wrong!
One of the best Guinness in town. Very authentic.
Great music. Full of tourists.
I can't imagine a better environment to enjoy some pints of Guinness. Love the pre-pour setup that allows them to keep them coming quickly. Amazing live music.
Good music. Good Guinness.
The most efficient pints in the world! I went to buy my round from our table to the bar and back with the pints in under two minutes!
Mighty bar and full of life. The staff are very accommodating and there's a guy from Cork who was very entertaining too behind the bar.
Nice ambience. It reminds me of Nancys in Limerick. Can get more crowded thougg
Good music, good vibe
Great pub that scores high on authenticity. Being quite small, it gets crowded fast.
Great pint of Guinness. Live music played very often, even Sunday afternoons, in the old side.
Love this place, great atmosphere. Check out live music from time to time
The Dubliners early stomping ground, a must see for the passing tourist.
Bring your fiddle, you will be welcome.
1st. Old bar. 2nd lane way , smoking area. 3rd 2 connecting bars with toilets. Very well priced for that area of the city. Traditional old bar.
Great live music. Pretty large space so not too crowded. Heated semi outdoor area beside the bar as well.
Guaranteed good time here!
Great big garden with heaters. Amazing atmosphere.
Great staff, bartenders willing to take the piss out of you, and a never-ending stream of Guinness. I didn't want to leave!
Great place to stay or hang out!
Wonderful live music! When we heard it, we couldn't go by :)
Great craic and Smithwick Pale Ale. Guiness is relatively well.
Really The Pub of pubs! Strongly recommended
Authentic pub. Definitely worth stopping in. Personally I was disappointed that they did a crappy Guinness pour. Was expecting the real deal - 119.5 seconds
The most authentic irish pub
My favorite pub. Everyone is so friendly. The folk music is lovely.
Cool outdoor pub!
Sunday afternoon session is the best in the city centre. Cozy and a tight squeeze in the winter, but in the beer garden on nice days - bonus for smokers.
They do a great pint o'plain here and you'll probably bump into people you know.
Great atmosphere, laid-back, one couldn't wish for more! A must-see when in Dublin!
Prepare for one packed popular Pub night - everyone's a local and everyone's a tourist! Dublin Visitors http://www.dublin1.webs.com
"imagine what it would be like if one was still allowed to smoke..." and it's like a middle-earth pub, where you can encounter old aged, long bearded men sing old irish songs! Wonderful !
Authentic irish pub with musicians
Limited choice of food but lovely atmosphere with traditional Irish music.
Happy hour here is something else. Loved this place. Awesome pint of Guinness.
Damn fine Pint of Guinness here!
I only get to Dublin once every couple of years-But I always stop in O'Donoghue's - it is one of my favorite Pubs in Dublin
Where "Dubliners" used to play.
My favourite after-work-pints watering hole. Tasty toasted too.
The bar where the Dubliners played in thier early days.
First Guinness this trip to Dublin. Sweet!!
One of the finest. The Guinness is top quality and the trad music and craic on a Wed night will hold you there.
Great craic here!
There are pubs and then there's O'Donoghues. You're always sure to have a bit of craic here
Lesbian night can be rough
