Chips&guacamole was AMAZING!! Black Beans & huevos rancheros (were better with more beans) were very good- fresh toast was so soft it was almost like a dessert- DO NOT order the corn on the cob-

I love everything about this restaurant. Great location, vibe, & food. I recommend the chipotle mango & avocado cilantro margaritas, short rib arepas, camarones ceviche, and octopus tostada.

Luis is your man for all mixologist delights. Look for the always stylish Max and of course the hardworking Paolo. My tapas top 3: Pulpo, mejellones, chorizo y camarones. Must-try: The feijoada!

This spot's authentic tapas include spicy tongue taquitos & fried blood sausage. The cocktail program's exclusively latin wines, 100+ rums, & carafes of Latin liquors served on trays w/ lines of sugar Read more

Excellent service! Get the chupe, ask the chef to divide the large portion for two. It's more than enough so you can leave space to try other starters. Got the chicken (good) getting the meat next time

Order a shot of rum or tequila, which is served with orange slices and lines of brown sugar, cinnamon and finely ground coffee on a mirror. Makes a great dessert and you can pretend you're Scarface.

This promotion is outdated so dont cone here for that! I did and all i got was a not ending discussion with the barmaid who was probably the rudest ive ever seen. And cevicha is the worst i ever ate

The tilapia ceviche, camarones al ajillo, & paella clasica were such a delicious trio to have together. Refreshing + savory + a touch of spicy. Really great vibe here too. Loved it all!

Worst bartender service in NYC. Soup nazi style.. asked for a Pisco Sour bc they have Pisco & was told simply "no, its not on the menu & it's not hot outside". Wtf does that even mean?! No tip 4 u!!
    Nicola Medrano · August 14, 2013
  • Rafi S.
Sit at the bar, and ask the bartenders to do tricks. Like line up 15 shot glasses and then pour them all at once (possible!). Spicy cocktails are the specialty here.

Why is tonight different than all other nights? Because you'll recline when you dine! Table in the back right is rimmed by couch-like chairs. Seats 6.

New place trying to lure you in with drink specials. Drinks are okay, but the food is bland and crappy. (Literally - they didn't devein my shrimp!) Only paying for the ambience.
    Mary Kate Polanin · May 23, 2014
  • Minji S.
The Internet is slow inside the restaurant- the portions are small and seem pricy compare to the size- but the tastiness of the food over rules the price-

Cool down with a caipirinha or mojito—or knock back a punchy shot of sotol, a spirit made from plants that grow in parts Northern Mexico and Western Texas.

Try the crab cakes & the Columbian Shrimp & Rice dishes! So good! Love the laid back vibe of this place. Will definitely be back for more. 

Also, great ambience, but bartenders attitudes made it a real buzzkill. This can be rendered by management . Then I will definitely be back!

Super cute resto with great tapas, try to mix the heavy tapas with some light ones so you're not dragging on a summer day

Sit at the bar and ask the bartender to recommend you a good tequila. Don't be a baby, drink it neat. Okay maybe a couple ice....

After whatever unfortunate management change happened, this place went from being one of my favorites to being overpriced and bland. Mourning the loss of a great bar.
