    The Margherita is top notch, and for an extra $2, you can get the Margherita Plus. This one cheats a little because it uses basil-infused olive oil, Grana Padano and soft milky spoonfuls of burrata.

    Olio is great, but there is better around LA. They don't offer a DOC , and could use better tomatoes like Chris Bianco. the dough however is some of the best. Like being in Italy. Perfect pizza bread

    You might think it's a plain decision by ordering the margherita plus pizza, but this pizza gives you way more satisfaction than any pizza with toppings. A definite yes!

    The crusts on these pizzas are fantastic. I save them and dip them in the fruity delicious olive oil and add some of the ground pepper into it.

    Margherita Plus pizza and Caesar salad are exceptional. As good as my fave spot in the east village, New York.

    This place is BOMB! Had the caesar salad and three cheese pizza and then ordered another pizza it was that good. Will definitely be back!

    Freshly made fruit-flavored sodas (change daily). Highly recommend theh honeydew-thyme. Perfect-crust pizza everytime. You cannot go wrong at this place.

    Also, sprinkling the dough with Parmesan before cooking is not a good idea. Major flavor distraction. Cheapens the amazing crust by giving it an American cheese bread flavor.
