Great music, great food, great atmosphere. Must visit! 🍻🍺🍀👍
Ended up here randomly on a pub crawl for my 22nd birthday and loved it! Great atmosphere!
Oliver St. John Gogarty is one of the many pubs in Temple Bar that will offer you Irish music, and like many the atmosphere is contagious! You will meet people from all 4 corners of the world.
met the holy grail of my love life there. sigh.
Overpriced fake Irish pub!! No Irish staff means no real Irish atmosphere!! Don't be fooled by the Irish paraphernalia!!
Have a Guinness on St Paddy's!
And sure they will play you an auld tune too!
Named after Dublin's most famous poet, pilot, politician, fan of Guinness. Live traditional Irish music "sessions" every day from 2.30 onwards. Great traditional Irish food.Experience the Irish charm.
live irish music every day all night long
Keep an eye on your plate. The staff ate from mine. Weird policy.
Great selection of Irish dishes, 4 course lunch for 25€, open for dinner7nights a week. The Gogarties pie changes every day and is always delicious. Try the seafood cocktail with Jameson Whiskey sauce
Great place, Superb Staff, Great Food, Great Atmosphere & Music, Free WiFi.
Live Music and nice food
Shepherd's pie and good music
The best place for a guinness and some nice Irish music.
Flooded by tourists.
Excellent Irish Music in a Pub atmosphere.
Authentic Irish music & bad service. Its bar food, but you shouldn't get a piece of cooked ground meat when you order a "burger" to be told, "you didn't ask for a hamburger" among other things.
Another touristy place, but busy, busy, busy. Music regularly. One of the mos photographed pubs in Temple Bar!
Great Food in the upper floor. The may ram and the lab leg are great!Great Irish music in the second floor!!!
Try the lamb liver, it comes with a salad and chips and it tastes excellent. The Kilkenny ale is awesome too!
Very touristy, cool interior. Offered live Irish Music sessions on set times during the night, but mixed this off with abba.
average on week nights, below average during weekends - only for desperates. avoid.
Musical Pub Crawl kicks off here almost daily @ 7pm. A bit touristy but a good way to visit many pubs in one night with a heaping helping of Irish jigs.
free WIFI and cosy and warm smoker's room
I also ♥ the beautiful lady behind the bar who put Blink-182 on the jukebox!
Try out the chicken soup!
Nice place but I would never come back here for food. Waited 50 minutes for 10 oz steak and when I finally got it it smelled and was super chewy. Safe to say my lunch was ruined!
Great live music, amazing atmosphere
Expensive downstairs too. Heineken and bulmers 12+ euros. Band playing was excellent.
Avoid, expensive and staff weren't even Irish
To pricey for me and full of Blarney not a real Dublin pub
The price of drink in this place!! Jaysus!!
Expensive food on top floor
Traditional Irish music, good food and friendly staff.
Touristy but fun
Good breakfast and cracking pint
Good Irish music, popular bar
