    Extra outlets on side of desk...you have to sign up for their loyalty club to get the complimentary wifi and free water.....park a block away I'm a parking garage...a lot cheaper then the hotel valet

    PERFECT LOCATION! Less than a half mile walk from Quincy market and other attractions, rooms on the smaller side (the bathroom especially) but still very comfortable! Wifi is $9.95 a day

    Wow! What a great hotel - really nice people, super fast wifi, too. Breakfast was awesome and saved the hassle of getting made up to go out in the morning. :)

    It has had amazing guest. For example: FDR, JFK, Bill Clinton, Ho Chi Minh, Malcolm X, Emeril Lagasse, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Babe Ruth and several more celebrities. The food is excellent.

    Public Bathroom Pro-tip: They are not located in the lobby of this historic hotel. Instead, go up the stairwell by the Parker restaurant to the mezzanine floor.

    Dated rooms, smelled funny, disappointment. Stayed here a few years ago and it was sub par as well. Thought I would give them another try, that was a mistake. Great rates though.

    Not impressed at all. Water pressure was awful. Our room is incredibly small with small. They also charge you to park by the day. $1200 For 3 nights and you have to pay to park. I would not return.

    great service, 10 dollar wifi even in the rooms, only downside is the thin walls and poor aucoustic isolation of the rooms.

    I just paid $9.95 a day for very slow wifi and could have paid $14.95 for somewhat less slow slow Internet? Is this what the Internet is going to be like after Net Neutrality is repealed? Ugh.

    Our waitress seems to be in a very bad mood. Didn't even say hi, just "do you know what you want?" not friendly at all. Service very slow... Over 20 min wait between appetizer and entree.
