Needs some serious updating after changing from the Westin.
Nice business hotel in providence. Offers free wifi, morning paper and beverages for members
The pool is tiny. Don't expect to "swim" it's only 4 feet deep.
Nice link to a mall, you don't have to go outside
Great view from the West-Tower/ 25th floor. Beds are comfy, room is clean. But Wireless Lan should really be included today (costs 9.95$/day). Walk over the bridge to get to the mall next door.
Poor service! If you have feather allergies, find another hotel like the Marriott Courtyard across the street.
If you have a feather allergy know that it takes them a while to "prepare" your room. It took 11/2 hours to get a room. Ridiculous
Best place to stay in Providence. The bed feels great & the hotel is connected to the biggest shopping haven Providence Place Mall.
Omni. 1. Prefix for "Everything" 2. A word used by most corporations hellbent on getting rich.
Flemings Steakhouse has awesome steaks/seafood. LARGE GLUTEN FREE menu.
Beds are super comfortable and room service prices are reasonable.
Car came out of valet with snot on both sides of the steering wheel... Gross.
It's called the OMNI now! We were lost driving in a circle until we pulled up and asked valet.
This used to be the Westin, and even though its changed they still honor some of the SPG benefits like room upgrades and late checkout.
Be careful with your room's automatic deadbolt. Sometimes you get locked out even when you have a key. It automatically locked me out every day this week!
You have to request for the mini bar to be stocked so you might as well bring in your own supplies. Plus some local liquor stores will deliver to the hotel.
Make sure you get a room in the east (newer) wing. The rooms on the other side are pretty dated.
Shula's is bombdiggitymoschwiggity
Need free Internet. Call the from desk and ask for Nate. Tell him your a friend of DJ Tek and if he can help with the Internet.
Simply amazing service & the beds are awesome
The bathroom in the lobby is convenient to use after a concert at the Dunkin' Donuts Center.
The most comfy hotel bed ever!!!! And my window looks right out to Macys!!!! Could a gal be happier:) Go Westin!!!!
get free water and newspaper at the lobby.
Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.
Head up to Centro on the second floor. Amazing food!!
Complimentary toothpaste if you forget yours.
Sirloin burger @ Flemings
Great cut through to the mall.
Tuesday's Managers reception, the best ever... Tip from a traveler
Best one, very bad experience at the Hilton
make sure you linked your SPG account and Foursqaure accounts before checking in, other wise you miss out on 250 SPG points!
Try the dinner menu at Centro...great atmosphere and delicious
best location in providence
Go to centro and ask for Frank - he's the best!
The bed is cozy and the perfect height.......):
East tower is great. West tower is a bit run down. Eat some steak at flemings and work out at one of the nicest gyms I've ever seen in a hotel
If you have any inclination to use internet while lounging on the bed, the wireless isn't great in the east tower and the ethernet cable is short - so you might want to bring your own!
Corner room! Huge! Join starwood, get points!
