if you really crave for a good ramen, this is not the place to get one. come here for the spicy ramen only!
The Ramen obviously
The best ramen in LA!
Not very authentic and overrated.
The shio ramen is excellent. Good mix of fat, salt, and thinner noodles (which fit the lighter broth well). Add an egg and you're in ramen heaven.
This place is awesome! Great service too. it was on man vs food ;)
Love this place but beware if you are sitting near someone doing the challenge.
Dont get the spicy scallop appetizer
Miso based is delicious
Ordered Miso ramen grade 3 very spicy.
Ramen bowls yum! Extras not so much...
A great ramen place but unfortunately got food poisoning last time I was here :S
Love their soy sauce based spicy ramen
Giant bowl of noodles delicious and well priced. Was featured on man v food, you can try their spicy challenge. I was quite happy with my #3 spicy miso. No atmosphere.
..try miso broth #5..yummy..
..try miso broth #5 ..yummy..
try miso broth #5.. bestt..
This place was not what I expected; the quality of the soup was not all that I had read about . Also, the service was not the greatest.
Sevice is avarsge to poor however the Ramen is great anything above a 3
Lots of outdoor seating, huge portions
Ask for extra noodles and you'ok enjoy the soup better n.n
It was delicious! Super friendly to fellow cosplayers.
Need something extra or a small snack? The fried rice is unbeatable!
First ramen house since Daikakuya and I'm glad I branched out! I got the soy sauce #4 with jalapeños. #nomnomnom
the spicy ramen challenge felt impossible to me, but my buddy and his friend were able to do it. i have to tackle it again.
Miso #4... Delicious! Best ramen i've ever had.
!!!FOOD YUMMY YUMMY!!!
Miso ramen on #1 extreme spicy is good. I might go for the special 1 next time though. Bring cash!
i always order either special 1 or 2, but the spicy level is inconsistent. :p their cha-sui used to be really tender. loved them more back then, before they added all the outdoor seatings. ;)
Mr ramen is better
So many choices you have to make at this Ramen shop! I opted for the Soy 6 (slightly spicy soy based broth), extra meat, and a soft-boiled egg. #nomnom
Yummy! Eat here.
The dumplings to start and end it with the Miso number 3.
The egg is just a regular boil egg not the proper egg for ramen. The meat taste weird and overcooked, the extra meat is just a regular small chopped meat not the chunkie meat. Just WORST ramen overall
Start with the level 4 and work your way up. And get the dumplings. Mmmmmm.
Closed for now
If you can handle Habanero (take a bite straight up) then their Extreme Orochon level will be fine for you. I had the Hyper Orochon, one level lower and didn't even feel the heat.
Try the soy sauce ramen #3
This is the best! Love the miso! But soy is good too.
They have vegetarian broth! And big bowls is a must.

Try the Miso Ramen - Scorched-earth spicy. Hell yes.
the food is slightly on the spicy side. a 4 is what I got and it was the perfect amount (and i like spicy).
The best Ramen Noodles in town. Featured in Man vs. Food on Travel Channel, it's one of LA's hidden little gems.
