Apparently their "call ahead feature" does no good. We are waiting to be seated because the hostesses don't seem to know how to do their job.

I thought Outback had standards but when a manager lets customer go through personnel only area; that shows their commitment to hygiene. They comp large amounts of drinks and food for regulars.
Get there early. always a long way.
This place is very iffy my most recent visit I found some mysterious item in my scallop and the manager went on to explain that they are gritty umm no that was glass!! Or something like it!! Smh

Absolutely amazing service, and a crowded but very calm atmosphere even on weekdays. If you ever stop by, ask for Ronnie. She was awesome!!
Do not ask for crackers for your crab.. You get crackers for your soup "that I don't have"
