    The fried sweatbreads, served with a butternut squash creme are the best I've had here in the US since leaving France. Seriously- I drove an hour to eat them. Do yourself a favor & order them!

    The atmosphere of this place is perfect. The prohibition-style attire of the bartenders is spot on with the 1920s atmosphere of the bar. Try the French 77 - it's absolutely perfect.

    The food is RIDICULOUSLY good. The trout with hatch Chile butter and chocolate torte with salted caramel mousse were my favorites. The Silver Monk cocktail is also amazing. Lovely atmosphere!

    Vintage cocktail? YES! This is the only place in Austin that serve legal absinthe (without wormwood). The bar tenders are knowledgable and they do take mixology to the next level.
