Knowledge of the waiters and the explanation of options leaves much to be desired. A $150 dinner became $300 because they explained it wrong. When questioned the answer was "I thought I was clear."

Start things right with a “Happy Spoon” (a spoonful of oyster, uni, ikura and ponzu crème frâiche) before the main course.
Try the Hakushu Pairing - Great whiskey. The pairing and ice made the drink.

The food was not what I was expecting for a steakhouse, seems to be more traditional Japanese. Huge sake selection!!! Best advice is go with an open mind and palate !!!
