Wide crescent-shaped beach most well-loved and well-used beach in Pacifica! Beach and parking lots hours are 5am to 10:30pm during Daylight Savings Time (DST usually ends the first Sunday in November and resumes the second Sunday in March) 5am to 7pm in the fall and winter.
One of the nicest beaches to enjoy some surfing or surfer watching.
Surfing, relaxing, and peaceful walks
Our favorite family surf spot. Good for beginners up to intermediate. Get in and out before 10 for the best time. Watch out for beach break, though.
Nice beach that has amazing views
Beautiful views. Great two mile walking trail along the beach
Check the local weather before making the trip! Pacifica can get pretty foggy even when it's nice in SF.
Great place to bring first-time surfers. Easy to rent from NorCal shop right next to the beach.
Surfing!!! People watching.
Great to stop and pee at the Taco Bell on Pacific beach. Go thru double doors and then head outside to the left.
Bathrooms and parking at this beach are so convenient.
Great surfing for beginners. To nearby surfer shops for rentals. Free parking all winter.
Home sweet home
Take a surf lesson with Adventure Out! They are awesome and it's totally worth the 100$/lesson!
Amazing hike from Linda Mar Beach to Rockaway Beach (Cove).
Gorgeous beach, bring a few blankets and spend the day.
If you do have a car, keep driving down the 1 to Pacifica. This beach has a Taco Bell on it (with patio). Get a Crunchwrap Supreme and take in all the Cali goodness.
I enjoy walking along the beach here. Lots if surfers out today.
Best area in Bay Area
Dont ever expect the sun to come out if it's foggy after noon
Good beach for surfing. If you're a beginner, the south end of the beach offers a chance to learn to surf. The north end of the beach is usually bigger and more surfable on good days.
Close out fast if the tide is too low. Come here when it's mid to high tide, more ridable. Parking 3 bucks for 4 hours. Beginners stay south. Intermediate to advance surf more toward north.
Tons of Surfers here today, small surf though...
Too funny! I didn't go in but this was the nicest taco bell restaurant I have seen. Funny that I discovered the name of the beach is T.B. beach. Thanks to Four Square!!
Love this beach. U can find the sun
Nice surf. Good people.
Bring a jacket
Great place to check out the surf...
They have a taco bell... right there in the beach!
great! always a good time!
Great beach for walking, surfing, playing.
go there with mid to high tide. expert likes to surf on the north side of the beach. middle part is fun for intermediate level. south is more for beginners..
Join me and pledge to Children's Miracle... (@cmnhospitals) when you check in to a coffee shop on @foursquare!
the buoys here are sick.
The San Francisco Skate Park is quite cooler!
Wear a wetsuit
Great novice surfing and awesome views from Taco Bell.
Be on the lookout for whales and dolphins! Beautiful!
Nice place for beginning surfers & people-watchers. Lots of good food & lodging in the immediate vicinity.
Great beach for starting out; the breaks towards the left end are easier to catch.
Sure is bright out here. You know they say u hit rock bottom when u can't remember the night b4. What if you can? ????:-)
Beautiful spot, esp on a clear day! Have a bean burrito.
Before you paddle out, remember that surfing is all about the aloha :)
The nation's only Taco Bell with an ocean view!
Good places to eat in Pedro point, next to the Fresh & Easy. Support local biz!
Nice surfing spot, a little dirty, though
Great beginner surf spot
