Amazing sandwiches with really unique ingredient combos. The Gustaio with home-made lamb sausage and red sun-dried cherries on mint crispy flatbread was phenomenal. Can really recommend this place !!

Small, but really cool place at the Italian market. Their sandwiches are DELICIOUS, and it's definitely a place worth going to. However, despite the information provided, it is CASH ONLY. Be prepared.
The namesake and arista are both incredible. Pretty much can't go wrong here. And there's a pretty good sandwich with fried lasagna in it.

This is where you'll find my favorite roast pork sandwich, the Arista w/ broccoli rabe, long hots and sharp provolone. It may be sacrilege to say, but this beats out DiNic's for me.

The most epic sandwiches ever. Like ever. My favorite is the Bolognese, a fried lasagna (yes this is real) sandwich. Also check out the Paesano, the Arista, the Daddy Wad, and the veggie sandwiches.
You could easily split one of these enormous filling sandwiches...but why? Get the Paesano.

Go for the roasted suckling pig, provolone, and broccoli rabe in the "Arista". For an Italian cold-cut, go for the "Daddy Wad," packed with mortadella, salami, sopresatta, cappacolla and prosciutto.

Another favorite: Daddy Wad marries mortadella with pistachios, genoa salami, sopressata, capicola, prosciutto and sharp provolone with arugula, tomatoes, onions and sweet and hot peppers.
Paesano’s sandwich shop is decidedly new-school thanks to chef Peter McNamara’s flourish: The Tuna Italiana throws herb-cheddar spread, hard-cooked egg, roasted tomatoes, arugula & chips into the mix.
