Love it all. Tea is the best!
The hotel rooms are big and the bathroom esp the toilet is very fancy technology 😁
This place is gorgeous inside; but the door is actually on New Montgomery between Mission and Market -- don't believe google maps directions!
New restroom code is 3852, enjoy.
Very nice clean hotel facility and the staff members are professional and friendly
Beautiful hotel but the garden court brunch is meh... Overpriced and pretty average
Bathroom code is 3741
Fancy hotel, no free Wifi
5* service, old school grand entrance, beautiful lofty ceilings with marble floors and the Garden Court for high tea! Highly recommend for a treat of a stay in the financial district!
This hotel is in need of a major facelift. The rooms are showing their age and look ratty.
BE WARNED! The BRUNCH IS GONE!!!!! :(:(:(
Room's aren't huge. But the breakfast hall is kinda spectacular
The Palace Hotel is one of the old classic hotels in San Francisco. I will definitely stay here next time in SF. Absolutely stunning place.
Beautiful Gingerbread Houses and Holiday Tea
Restroom code is 1915. I still can't believe that's actually a thing.
Time to get some rest
Listen to their amazing piano player every night in The Garden Court. Your own private concert.
Warren G. Harding died here. Room 8064.
Best value for your Starpoints in SF!
A decent gym and great pool if swimming is your thing.
Need more Concierge staffing - ALWAYS a line not to mention their phone constantly ringing!
Beautiful lobby and dining room.
You can find bike parking in the hotel garage across the street.
They now lock their restrooms :-(
This hotel is beautiful!! Beds are very comfortable & they even have robes! Also no coffee makers in the room BUT just ask & one will be brought up for free with lots if coffee, teas, cream & sugar!
Super thin walls. Bring earplugs for your stay. Parents with kids aren't considerate enough to stop them from running down the halls screaming at 8am.
NYE International Ball 2014 Party at Palace Hotel, San Francisco, CA, early @ Tuesday December 31 2013. Grab your tickets @
No in-room coffee and none available downstairs until 6a. Not very east-coast-time-zone-stuck friendly.
Beautiful hotel and staff are exceptionally helpful
Get a high floor corner suite. It's super quiet at night and enough space to stretch out.
News to me: There's a full-service UPS store on the 2nd floor, where the conference rooms are.
I heard good things but this place is way overpriced for the experience. Didn't feel "welcome" at all. Staff never says 'hi' even when you walk right by them. No coffee & $15 Wifi sucks too.
Great hotel, but no free internet.
Debbie Lew (the concierge) is a gem. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist guests with every detail of their sight seeing.
Great hotel, staff, and location. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Only complaint: lack of outlets by beds (for iPad and phone).
The Garden Court is b.e.a.utiful. Feels like Vienna and they even play some quality Mozart.
Total elegance, do not second guess...
Ruben at the front desk is super nice!
Did you know that US President Harding died at the Palace Hotel on August 2nd, 1923?
If you are here for a conference or at least 4 hours, valet-park your car; the Palace's flat day rate is less expensive than area self-parks. See James in the penguin suit up front--he's your guy!
Get the Market Gimlet! For a summer day, this cool cucumber drink is refreshing and a good amount of alcohol;)
This hotel is beautiful. Have lunch in the Garden Court if you can.
Great place to stop in and use the bathroom unnoticed!
Purity Martinis at the Pied Piper are divine.
Weird tiny pillows. Beds aren't too squishy though
Ask the concierge for help if needed...they are some of the best in the business!
Overpriced and restrooms on ground floor a joke. Conference mania = bad UX.
