This is a music venue - not an actual Palace. If you're out sightseeing and thought "I must go see a real live Palace" well, don't you feel silly
If the line for the toilet's too long, try 'The Attic' upstairs. Rarely busy and much nicer!

Main acts start around 10pm. Don't head there too early and load up on drinks and stupidly leave your phone in the toilet. Head to the cloakroom if that happens (and you're lucky enough).
Plastic beer cups are terrible.
Great venue with multiple levels with lots of vantage points. Excellent for short people!
