I've never had Mediterranean food as close to home cooking as Palmyra! Awesome family at work from prep to grill to service. Grandma prepping is the only proof you need for authenticity!

Staff is friendly, food plentiful. The place is not "sit and eat" friendly though. There's a few big booths, usually with space to share, but I've not yet seen any sharing.

The foul (pron. "fool") is Syrian style -- fragrant with just a hint of spiciness. Try it with humus and pita. Think Mediterranean salsa.
