I’m the salad you’ve been waiting for all year. The salad you think of when you’re eating other salads. I’m back for the summer. The Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad. The taste you just can’t quit.

The service is pretty fast, from order to pick up, even during big lunch rushes. Cashiers have always been pleasant, and they have a drive thru.

Drive-thru can be very slow at times, but I think that has more to do with picky/indecisive customers over slow staff.

On a beautiful day like today, why not enjoy your food outside on one of the cushioned couches and take in the fresh air?

If you buy a cookie. With MA tax the price is $2.01. Is the $.01 annoying to anyone else? Panara please price your items with sales tax in mind.

Don't whine about your hot chocolate being too hot or too cold. Order it the way they make it and wait for it to cool down. We are blessed to have the simple things like hot chocolate.

Don't ask for hot chocolate not too hot. They can't manage it. Even after second attempt. It either comes hot or cold
