My favorite coffee place in San Diego. Very laid back, "beachy" atmosphere. Their fresh muffins are heavy, but delicious. I usually go for onion bagel, but they have real breakfast options, too.

Was in the La Jolla area for a wedding for 5 days and made it out to this location 3 times. The coffee was surprisingly really good as well. If I were a local I'd be out here every day if I could.

My coffee was ok but the food was just mediocre. I could have eaten at Starbucks and would've been better. Service is more or less; the guy at the cashier was not nice at all. Completely disappointed!

Fresh coffee, great food pairings, constantly introducing local artwork to their decor, AND they're right next to a bookstore. Pretentious lyfe FTW.

I came out of my way to try "the best latte" not impressed. Food mediocre. If you're looking for the best latte and simple yet delicious and healthy breakfast go to Lofty's in Encinitas.

Breakfast Bagel or Burrito, Keith Richards, or one of the fresh pastries. Can't go wrong. Great people watching. Even better park-job watching. Italian sodas are great during heat waves.
