Great shows & Seats in the first rows from the left. Parking is cheaper and better than others so arrive at least 40min before the show cause there is a waiting like amways Or use the valet parking.
I saw The Phantom of the Opera there twice and it was amazing. I love this theater. They really bring their shows to life and you have a great view regardless if your in the balcony or the floor!
The Pantages was once owned by Howard Hughes with his personal office on the second floor. He sold it in 1954. It would be purchased by Pacific Theaters in 1967 who would restore to its former glory.
Lovely theater! Snap a few pictures in the lobby. A warning - no pictures in the theater, so be fast if you're the rule breaking type. Cheap and yummy dinner across the street at Chicken Dijon.
when you come park in lot A, cheapest parking $10 w/ a 2 min walk, and be aggressive because of all of the old folks and tourist who want to push their way through the lines. ever heard of please?
I have been to many performances here. The best seats are the benches in the lobby. It is beautiful inside but they need to remodel the seats. Better seating at The Ahmanson or La Mirada Theaters.
* Ladies Restroom - 1 on both sides of the lobby, 1 upstairs on the West Side* Mens Restroom - 1 on the East Side of the lobby and 1 upstairs on the East Side*Concession Stand in middle of lobby
The no photography rule goes for phones too. If you want to try to take a picture of the stage without flash before the show, go for it but chances are the ushers will yell at you.
An absolute classic in Los Angeles. I've been going to musicals and shows here since I was a kid. It's beautiful inside. Parking is available in multiple lots in the area!
When Howard Hughes bought the Theater in 1949, he was in it for the long haul. The aviator has been seen countless times by employees, walking through walls to where his old office would have been.
They have the 'no photography in the theater' rule which is out of date for cell phones, should make it no flash photography at all & none at all, of any type once the show starts.
Here's a tip for when you are in front of the theatre: check out our amazing Dining Guide in the huge glass display case facing Hollywood Boulevard! Bon Apetit!
The art and the architecture are amazing here. A lot of the Disney musicals and the best of Broadway play here.
NEVER listed at TKTS. Buy tickets from box office instead of online to avoid having to pay the extra fees when you order online ($60-125 depending on ticket price).
They no longer offer rush tickets, but they DO offer tickets that start at $25! Every seat's a great seat. Definitely my go-to to see a show <3
There are 3 bars inside the Pantages! Stop in for a pre-show drink and feel like its Broadway. The pours are worth the price.
Love this theater. It is in the Hollywood hub. Great shows. If purchase on Goldstar, request sit together or seats may be separate.
Saw numerous shows here. It serves it purpose. The theater has so much intricacies in its interiors and I love it.
Love it! Offices are upstairs take elevator to the right of the theatre (enter from outside)
This is a beautiful theatre that houses incredible entertainment. Every seat is great!
Wicked show was very nice. Sit in the balcony dead center. Great view of any show.
Always come to the Pantages with a good friend, a great show, in a beautiful theatre...priceless. Especially when they know all the songs!
Watched Phantom for the very first time here in 1997 and got me hooked. Love coming here still! Go see IN THE HEIGHTS before it's gone. So fun!
Beautiful, old-school Hollywood theater. Not a bad seat in the house.
Book of Mormon was a lot of fun, but nothing less than $20 to $25 for parking in the vicinity? That's outrageous!
Don't worry about the girls bathroom line. It is very orderly and fast
Preorder and pay for ur Intermission cocktails before the show starts. They will be waiting for you next to the bar. Cheers!
ONE OF THE NICEST THEATRES IN LOS ANGELES. INTIMATE AND LOTS OF FUN!
The bloody Mary's are good and ummm the Book of Mormon was awesome!
Ladies, skip the bathroom downstairs and go up one level. Less crowded!
Beautiful theater. Go see a show here. I got the chance to see Wicked here when it was in town!
Check in at the box office upon arrival to request seating upgrade!
Go down to the bar and have a preshow cocktail, strong and fun.
Gorgeous theatre better than the broadway ones I've been too!
Excellent venue with outstanding acoustics
pay extra for front orchestra seats. The acoustics are terrible.
Theatre has cool iPhone app that gives you show schedule, links to buy tix, restaurant info, special discounts and more! www.BroadwayLA.org/iPhone
If you eat at Delphine you can valet your car there for $8 and get it after the show.
Very classic theater I went to phantom of the opera there
GoldStar often has discounts for performances here.
Awesome theater for celeb sightings! Just saw Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes with there fam.
Eat at Dillion's prior to any performance great food and service!
The best way to get tickets is to be a season ticket holder.
Take the Red Line to the Hollywood and Vine stop. It is across the street from the Pantages.
Park for $10, eat at Delphine, then walk across the street.
Spot booth is ginormous here! Complete with kitchen and couches!
Don't forget to go by the stage door backstage right after to see the cast!
