Sad that Pappadeaux did not open until 8am. Papasito's is in the nearby food court and is part of the same chain. Great breakfast burrito with sausage.

Long line that is comparable to Panda Express but this is what people come to Houston for! If you got time, definitely come here for your layover meal.

Warnings to vegetarians: Sauce, rice, and refried beans all have animal stock. Ask for black beans. Queso sauce is only meat-free sauce.

Breakfast tacos are great and the Cancun has not become a dinner staple. Cooked to order, so make sure you have 5 min to spare.

Unlike Utah, the margaritas here actually have plenty of alcohol, so don't drink them if you are my pilot.
