Hands down one of best spots around & far enough from the tourist madness of Santa Monica. Food is good and comes in large quantities, you can't beat the view, cost is low, and parking gets validated

One way around the 'no alcohol permitted outside’ signs is to buy a sealed bottle of beer and open it yourself on the outdoor patio. Then just sit back and people-watch under the sun. Read more

Minimum order needs to be $30 to get your parking validated but luckily the portions are absolutely huge. Highly recommend the chowder in the bread bowl, just as good as what I've had in Cape Cod
    Chris Cookson · October 20, 2015

I came here with my whole family and we all loved the place. It's really beautiful! As for the food, gotta try the clam chowder, the crispy calamari, the crab cakes and the prime steak!!!

Screw waiting for seating. Go out onto the beach and snap a few seats or beach bed. You can order from their outside food bar, grab some eats, drink and rays. Plus run your feet through the sand.
    Markus Manley · March 15, 2010

Hostesses unbelievably rude. Breakfast food poor to indifferent. Skip the smoked salmon Benedict. kobe Benedict is just ok. Breakfast smoothie is 2 strawberries blended with I've. Lovely location tho

Go for the outside seating to enjoy great food and drinks while watching the sunset. The shrimp balague and soups are delicious.

Didn't find a difference between alcohol and non alcohol cocktail. Water with a lime! Overpriced, parking is a joke, you should "validate" it or it will cost 40$, but noone told this. Avoid this place
    Dmitriy · August 19, 2013

If you want to dine on the water, this places gives you that ultimate experience. Especially with the tables that are on the sand (on the patio). Food is fair. Kinda pricey.

Rude pretentious service by Miguel, actually deserved no gratuity as he changed the mood of our party. Food was cold, and when we asked to speak to a manager, we got tired waiting... Avoid

Cool patio on the beach with the sand :-) the food is so so, but portions are really huge. Guacamole was really enough as a meal on its own :)

My favorite new place to bring visiting friends. Good, reasonably priced food with a beach that can't be beat...or overcrowded. Loves it!

Most expensive touristy place I have ever been. The food was over priced and mediocre at best, and it cost $30 dollars to park! I don't think I'll be coming back.

This place is a total rip off. Despite the amazing location, the food is average, the service is extremely slow an rude and the parking fees are ridiculously expensive!

For breakfast the Leo is quite good. I like fruit in lieu of the hashbrowns though as it is already a heavy/rich dish.

Don't try to walk in. It's $20 a person to walk in or $6 a car to park. I guess you have to be Eco-friendly some other day.
