People tend to check in during these times:
Alhamdulillah cool 👍
A mosque that isn't at Ground Zero. It was in the news in 2010 when uber-right wing folks made it an issue because of congressional elections. It's a made-up "issue" that's activated during elections.
There is a mosque on warren street, do you want to move that mosque too??
Awesooooomeeee!!!! Kereeeen abis mesjid diground zero...yihaaaaaaeeeeee!!!!!

It's a friendly place but very much in-progress. Please come & visit, it's open to everyone!
A very controversial spot. It was actually being guarded by the NYPD when we walked by on 9-26-10. The entire world is and will be watching what develops here. Worth a walk by to at least snap a photo
Can't we all just get along.
Its not a fucking Mosque and its NOT at Ground Zero!
a group of lovely people host impromptu tolerance rallies...come join!
Come chat w/ the folks here & learn about Islam
Across the street was BMCC's Fitterman Hall. A building destroyed by 9/11 7WTC attack. Sure, it's not a Twin Tower but can still be considered Ground Zero.

Hard to find when following news reports. Start from Ground Zero then actually walk a couple blocks north.
