Patisserie Des Ambassades is a great, fun place to visit. With our varied menu, you'll find something for everyone: sandwiches, variety of lamb, fish and shrimp dishes, traditional and gourmet salads, pastries, vegetarian dishes, our weekend brunch and much more!
The steak au poivre was really small and extra-well-done, while we asked for medium rare. Crème brûlée was small too for $5.5. The lamb chop, however, is really good and sizable.
Nice outdoor space to bring your dog with.
almond croissant, turkey & cheese croissant
One of many great visits. Keep an eye on the specials and visit the bakery next door.
I love the food here. Everything smells great as soon as you walk in. The fact that it's self serve is also a plus. I can really see myself coming here again.
Croissants for days.
Service is pretty awful, but it's a great place if you want to sit and relax for a while (while your server ignores you)!
Adorable and a great place to people watch from the sidewalk seating.
They make a pretty good burger.
The food was ridiculously amazing. Service is a tad but slow but the food more than makes up for it. And the prices are fair. Get the grilled tilapia. Your life will be better.
The hot sauce is so bad it's good. I'd never mix it with the ginger drink though I know someone who can/does. Nice place!
The croissants are amazing.
West African food in Harlem, but of course! waitstaff and their accents, aroma of deliciousness and pleasant surprises on the menu! Choose your liking at the moment.
The grilled lamb chops and shrimp kebab were amazing. If you love spicy food, this is the place for you.. go Senegalese!
Love the fish patties
Great food, people and place
The red snapper and lamb is immaculate
A popular neighborhood restaurant and boulangerie with great croissants, pastry, and outdoor seating.
Had chicken kebabs, salad and plantains. All delish. Kebabs came with an onion sauce that had great flavor. Server suggested ordering the sauce warm next time. I will.
Great food..! Nice service. A bit cramped if entering with a wheelchair; but manageable...
The tagine was delicious, as was the peanut stew. Also, the pepper spread is yummy with the bread, but eat it sparingly, and with the mayonnaise- it's really hot!
The pecan roll was Awsome!
Great Food... But very slow service...
Do not get turkey burger. Cheap frozen and thin grey meat.
No card for purchases under $10. I got the ill grill for that faux pas.
Very cute sort of a touch of Paris
Beware! The check has gratuity added and I was not told. Thank God I read.
:( really disappointing
They have renovated yet again! Let's hope that Fish patties and Lamb shank stay on the menu. It reflects the mix of Afro\Franco\American that this place has come to rep. Many fine pastries and cafes.
Almond crossiants are fantastic.
Have some french croissants and expresso
Just grab & go; don't sit down. Baked goods are delicious, but service is painfully slow. Some of the worst I've ever experienced.
I come for the delicious coffee and shawarmas. I try not to look at those incredibly tasty croissants anymore. #formerfatkid
Great french croissants and espresso, excellent Senegalese food! Try it!
Careful, West African food is sometimes very spicy while being very delicious at the same time.
The service here is terrible
Never. Again. Slow service. Took 45 minutes for an omelet. Ridiculous.
Try the croque monsieur
I don't know why I waited so long to try this place. I'd heard they have great coffee and croissants but the service left something to be desired. The coffee was great as was fresh squeezed OJ. Slow.
Try the Eggs Benedict
Best Madeleine in NYC!
We love to stop in here for a quick Egg Sandwich, the best Almond Croissant and a coffee. If you want to have a more formal meal, try the Yoff Kebab or the Grilled Lamb Chops.
I can never get sick of the egg sandwich with hot sauce!
Try the Almond Chocolate Croissant - THE best croissants!
Awesome "real" French bakery & cafe owned by Senegalese family. #Buttery, crispy, ethereal croissants.. almond, chocolate, plain.. authentically delicious! Not bad coffee either.
Don't dine in; the service is bad and sloooow
Best pastries around. Almond croissant is always a good decision
Wow this coffee is amazing. Ordered the lamb sausage sandwich and was equally blown away. Has to be a serious Harlem Top 5
