Only thing I could wish for is a split second more time wrapping the Tortilla for quality. Otherwise - a perfect lunch spot.

For added flavor and protein, ask for a "9-Black & Tan, Sweet & Smoky". People are thrown off by the 9 (heat factor) but it isn't spicy at all!

When it comes time to choose hot sauce, ask for the Triple Delight. It's all three of John's homemade sauces: cilantro, smoky tomato chipotle and - of course! - the mango goose sauce. All vegan!

Yell out your tortilla choice with or without cheese first. When you're up, then you order all the fixings. Don't forget the goose sauce!
