5k service for my Prius took almost 2 hours. My car was ready after 1 hour, and they didn't bother to let me know until I went up to the cashier TWICE. Do NOT get your Toyota serviced here.

Got here at 3:15 for a 3:30 Wednesday appointment that was gonna be an hour and a half. Now it's past 5:30 and I'm still waiting.
Let them know when you check your car that you need a ride out and you won't be stuck there the whole time. It's free :)
Oil change with an appointment was promised to take 40 minutes. So far it's been 1 hour and an half and I'm still waiting.. -___-
They offer a 3 oil change prepaid package for $40 - can't beat that!
