Every Pep Boys is the same. Your car is never done on time. But the store is clean and well stocked.

Had dropped of my car on Friday before sandy hit ny. They took over a week to get my car done. I wasn't happy. It doesn't pays to get upset. At least they gave me a big break on the bill.

Was told it'd be an hour wait for my oil change. Came back in 1 hour & my car was still in the spot where they left it. There were at least 3 open spots when I left. Took 3 guys to do the job. 
