Come for the burger during lunch. Otherwise, go nuts on their house dry-aged steak for two or however many people you have. I like mine rare/medium rare, it's that rich in umami. Make reservations!

The hamburger on the lunch money is what I go back for all the time. And of course the ice cream sundae. Sharing with the kids proves problematic. I have to order my own.

I've been to many steak houses and no one beats Lugers. Not only is the steak good but the salad, bacon and bread are just as good. Everything is delicious.

Is it overrated? Yes. Will the decor not be what you expected? Probably. But is the steak swimming in butter amazing? Almost always.

The Porter House for two is very filling, however this time around I was a bit disappointed. The steak was ok and the baked potato was overlooked. Was disappointed to be honest.
