Arrive early and enjoy a meal/drinks @ Chelsea's Kitchen in Terminal 4. It's located BEFORE security checkpoint so your family & friends can join! Great food, chill vibe, and handsome bartenders.

Terminal 4, C gates: go to Cartel Coffee Lab! Chemex, Aeropress, V60 & Clever-brewed single origin coffee! Plus, *actual* espresso drinks (not the Starbucks crap).

Got an hour to kill? Stretch your legs with a wander around the rectangle of terminals. Infinite walkways! Wacky carpet! Note it's not a full loop. You can only cross n/s from b to c at the east end.

Go to Blanco Taco+Tequila in Terminal 4! Probably the best meal I've ever had in an airport. Had the braised short rib & avocado cheese crisps & the white peach & hibiscus margarita. Delicious!

I love this airport. I think it is well built, and easy to get around with great amenities and fast security. I hope that it keeps up good direct service with the merger

Four Peaks Brewery is open later than other bars and restaurants in the airport - pub food and craft beer! Near A20-A21.

Upstairs at T4 by the Sky Train is not a bad place to wait especially if you have time before a flight from another terminal like the sucky-ass T2. Plugs, comfy seating, and food!

Because it's usually 100+ degrees outside, they blast the AC inside the airport, making it feel like the North Pole, so bring a sweater if you're stopping here. There's also free wifi and charge ports

This airport is pretty good. I've always gotten through security quickly, and never had to walk too far to get to my gate. As a mom, the park and walk long term parking is horrendous, however.

Very nice airport, went to a great Mexican restaurant while waiting for a flight back to FL. Nice places to shop and if you need a ride to get to your gate they have these free cool cart drivers.

I like this port for the Wi-fi and Mexican food. Don't like the rental car distance so much. Get a seat. And men, give up your seat to a woman if it's crowded. Chivalry is always appreciated.

The Paradise Bakery & Cafe right across from Southwest gate C14 turned out to be a great lunch stop. The Paradise Club sandwich was excellent and the service is outstanding.

Terminal 2 has a nice sitting area with a book store, Starbucks, and restaurant before you have to hit security. If you have a long layover and are meeting with someone, do it there.

This city is a jumping off point for historic Route 66, which opened in 1926 as a scenic route that connected Chicago to LA. Stop in Winslow, a town made famous by the Eagles song “Take it Easy.”

The esplanade above the ticket counter has a lot of shops and restaurants. Limited selection of food after security, my advice is to arrive early if you plan on eating and eat before security.

La Grande Orange (I think that's the name of the restaurant) has excellent food but a terrible setup. Ordering and getting your food can be confusing but it's worth the hassle. Music's good too!

Wendy's in terminal 3 between gate 18-19 doesn't serve hamburgers till after 10am. $9.00 steak & egg burrito across the way is the best bet for breakfast.

The shops and restaurants close at 9 pm. If you are unlucky enough to be on a late flight or red eye, be prepared to be hungry and thirsty by the time your flight leaves. Pretty poor customer service!

When picking up, use the cell phone lot and tell your passenger to tell you exactly which door to go to... preferably a clear area. Saves time and you won't be "that guy" jamming up curbside pick-up!!

You don't need to go to your terminal if you have your tickets already. Just go through security at the first place you see on the correct side and take the moving walkways on the opposite side.

La Grande Orange near the D gates has good coffee and breakfast food. I'm not a vegetarian - their Zuni Burrito (has tofu in it) is really good.

The Mexican Grill in terminal b is legitimately good texmex. It's a little slow since they make everything on the spot, but it's a solid spot for food.

The airport outposts of local restaurants have street pricing - meaning you won't be gouged by outrageous airport food pricing. Prices in airport are the same as the outside restaurant.
