    Physique is tough & addictive! 1 of the ONLY studios that does a referral program- refer someone & get a free class! My favorite teachers are Julie, Summer, and Haley (but they're all great!)

    Don't take the intermediate class until you're done quite a few beginner or mixed classes. Ouch!

    Possibly the most motivating instructors in NYC! They will get you through a thigh, butt, ab, and arm burning hour. No matter your level, this class is always a great workout. TIP: buy the socks!!

    Physique classes are the best but Im spoiled by the 73rd ST studio. Came to soho studio & was disgusted- smells like a mans sweaty gym sock- carpet is 1 big stinky sweat rag. Need to shower in purell
