    Pierre Gagnaire est un magicien. Comment décrire ce véritable moment de grace qu' est de s asseoir à sa table. Le menu dégustation est un excellent compromis pour goûter au talent de ce géant.

    Marvelous service & unique flavors. Try to avoid the degustation menu and make your own choice of dishes. Of course it's pricey (at least 300 p/p) but this is smth that you expect from a michelin rest

    Best lunch ever. We had the tasting menu. Well thought out and near-flawless execution. Monkfish was perfect 20/20. Price of €115 per person not bad for a 3 star michelin restaurant.

    What I respect so much about Gagnaire is that he has withstood the test of time, and has managed to consistenly remain one of Paris' finest restaurants.

    Gagnaire honed his craft in the provinces, made his name in fusion, and hit it big in Paris in 1996. The rest is history! 3 Michelin stars. Tip: Go for lunch to avoid the crowds!
