Amazing diner breakfast. Their sourdough toast was so good, I could have eaten a whole plate of it.

Didn't get a chance to eat here, the waitress said I had to sit at the counter. I'm sensitive to smell & I didn't want to do so. She said I didn't have a choice even though the restaurant was not full

Great food, great service. Portions are great. Try the omelets! Like, all of them. Do expect a line, especially for breakfast, and if you're eating alone, you will be at the counter. Highly recommend!

Small, loud and busy: everything you'd expect an urban dinner to be! Tasty if very greedy food (esp. the burgers), super quick service. Don't know how the two line cooks turn around food so fast!

Get pancake, all types of eggs for reasonable price. But they need to enhance their menu.

Hot links and Eggs with hash is a wonderful way to start your day as a tourist in San Fran. Friendly staff but be patient as you almost always have to queue for a booth.

Love me a greasy spoon with an unsolved, noir-like mystery tied to it. (Google "Pinecrest Diner SF shooting.") I've only ever had burgers and fries here, but they never disappoint.

Rude staff, if you come alone (one person) you have to eat by the counter and can't have a table, after THEY sat you! Just rude, I left, did not eat here. Good luck.
