Hot links and Eggs with hash is a wonderful way to start your day as a tourist in San Fran. Friendly staff but be patient as you almost always have to queue for a booth.

Love me a greasy spoon with an unsolved, noir-like mystery tied to it. (Google "Pinecrest Diner SF shooting.") I've only ever had burgers and fries here, but they never disappoint.
