    If you like to be tempted by luscious baked goods (spicy cheese croissants?!), sit yo ass here. Otherwise solid brunch fare. Come early for a fresh-baked-warm loaf of heaven for $10 (half for $5).

    Get the gin and tonic and pizza with nettles or chanterelles. Everything is so damn good. Get in when they first open, no need to be picky about when you eat, just get in when you can.

    Technically not in SF, this is one of our top 3 pizzas in the bay. Opened by ex-Chez Panisse alums. Service is almost alarmingly attentive. Boot & Shoe is the sister restaurant but isn't as good.

    Absolutely everything on the menu (which changes daily) is fantastic. If you're lucky enough to come on a night they have sformata, get it. Get five. And order a vodka tonic- their tonic's house-made!

    Arrive exactly when it opens to get a seat in the patio, or else sit at the bar where full menu is served. Can't go wrong with any of the pizzas or the salmon.

    Mange on the woodfired pizza with nettles and tequila based cocktails along w/ East Bay hipsters and foodies. So far my experience tells me that anything on the menu is a "go."

    Menu changes daily. Nothing disappoints; homemade bread is great (better than Tartine's). Can't go wrong with pizza, and drinks are well-balanced.

    Everything is delicious here. Thanks to a friend's recommendation, I now get their tonic (no alcohol) with each meal for $4. Every time it's just a little bit different.

    Pizza's are delicious but this not Burger King -- you have accept the pies as they are, you can't have them your way.
