Turbo kickboxing is insane...ly awesome. Not for the feeble.
Go to Kia's workout classes... she is gives a great workout everytime! Especially the Sculpt classes!
Coin-lockers: make sure your door shuts all the way before you try to lock it or you're walking alll the way back to the desk for another coin.
The spa is not the best but it will do in a pinch, don't expect much though, they keep it at 85 degrees for whatever reason, kinda defeats the purpose of a hot tub if you ask me

The Saturday spin class is a great work out.
If you can get into the kayaking clinic, it is a ton of fun.
