Did you know? The fountain in Point State Park, which sprays water up to 150 feet (46 m) in the air at the head of the Ohio River, draws upon water from an aquifer that passes beneath the park.

A must-visit for any tourist, this park is beautiful. Unique history and setting, with beautiful views of the city skyline, bridges, and rivers. Great for strolling and picnicking too!

The amazing fountain serves as a scenic escape from the city and the trailhead for the Great Allegheny Passage, a 340 mile trail to DC!

An amazing city park, right where the three rivers come together, especially in the Fall with all the colors.

Gorgeous at nighttime! Note, fountain shuts down 10 minutes before 11pm and the park closes at 11. Plan accordingly.

Stand on the original spot of Fort Duquesne- imagine how this confluence of land and water served as such an important spot of US History

I love coming here to hang out, read a book, or do water sports. Too bad it's getting cold. I guess I'll have to wait for the spring.

See the fountain at the Point where the Monongahela & the Allegheny meet to form the Ohio. Kayak and bike rentals nearby, also see the Fort Pitt Museum.
