Rooms are good, resto is so so but there is. Aunt Chiladas across the street which I'd very cool! Water park is a blast!
I expected a whole lot more from a place bearing the Hilton name. Ants in the room, the air conditioning wasn't working. The "water park" is abismal, no shade and the water is murky. F- rating
One of the best resorts in the Hilton family.Spacious rooms, beautiful vistas, excellent service.
Walked to my sisters room in my footie pajamas. Haha thought my niece and nephew would like that! Haha :-) love having them here! !
They need to screen for room keys in the pools plenty of non-residents
Amazing staff and amazing service!! Brian the pool manager and Jeff the supervisor at the pool, keep up the great work!! This place rocks!!
The suites are in need of updating. It would be nice to have an adult only pool.
Arrive couple hours before dark to orient yourself to the resort.
High priced but nice facilities
Use promo code 13EVS for free wifi!! :) you're welcome
Beautiful resort for the whole family. Rooms are large and spacious and the staff is very friendly.
They check your bags on the way into the river ranch looking for food and drink. Pretty lame if you have kids expect to spend $$$$ for a drink and snacks.
Wifi wasn't an issue for me. My iPad connected right up and didn't cost me a dime.
Loved the casita's!
I have stayed at a lot better Hilton properties. The pool situation here is awful. They make you check in but then don't monitor the pool. Get there early or you will have no seats.
Awesome pools, but they have the laziest river ever. Prepare to paddle to get some momentum through the first half.
WiFi is a bit confusing. You apparently have to go through the process of charging the choice option WiFi to your room daily but they do not actually charge you for it.
After a long day of vacationing or businessing it up...relax in the hot tub...errr I mean therapy pool! Awesome!
Lazy river requires you to paddle to move also the jet were not working in the jacuzzi
Housekeeping was awesome!
I can't believe people complain about paying $13 a day for Internet... Most hotels charge $20-30 a day for parking... Parking here is easy and free so get over it. It's a resort u don't need Internet
Great place for Mothers Day Brunch. Everything was delicious.
Yes, there is wifi in rooms
internet connection issues but nice hotel
Nice views and dog-friendly. Also, check out 32 SHEA on 32nd St and Shea. They have coffee, food, liquor + are dog-friendly! They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner! Great patio!
If you wanna relax you have to try the lazy river... It's amazing
Lazy river rocks!!!

No wifi in rooms. If you are here for a conference and your room is near the conference ctr, use that connection
If u have at&t make sure to tell the front desk when u check in so they give u a room that gets service...
Great staff and a fun place to relax. Just finished a renovation and everything looks 10 times better. I love this getaway and lazy river!!
The Pointe Hilton Sqauw Peak Resort charges $13.95 per 24 hrs for high speed internet in your room. What a rip. Use the business center, leave the property or tether your cell phone.
If you get value pack it is 2.25 and you get extra pass to water park which is normally 10 bucks
