    Pricey but good atmosphere and amazing service. Get the garlic frites with truffle butter. So good and perfect for two people paired obviously with champagne.

    Waited 15 minutes to get noticed in an otherwise pretty empty room...mediocre drinks, aloof bartender. 30 mins to order and pay for 2 easy to make drinks. I get atmosphere, but this place has none :\

    Watershed bar downstairs has a large collection of Midwestern beers, liquor, and wine. Good atmosphere.

    Trendy place, can get crowded on weekends. Food is pretty good, but I'm sad that they removed the Fried chicken thighs from the menu and made it only available downstairs at the Watershed.

    They have many bottles of wine (mostly sparkling wine) and a handful of half-bottles. I definitely recommend the Black Tiger Shrimp & the Duck BLTs. I would recommend against the Tempura Cheese Curds.

    Pretty awesome champagne collection, the servers were very friendly and knowledgeable. This was place was alive on a Thursday night till midnight.

    Mike the bartender looks like Jesus and is a master mixologist with an encyclopedic knowledge of champagne. Ask him what's good from their list of list of small producers... He won't steer you wrong!

    This place is a mecca for herds of bachelorette parties. Which I'm willing to put up with to get that delicious Bellini aka elixir of life. Definitely worth the $13.

    For any celebrations, Pops for Champagne is the place to drink bubbly and celebrate. You can also order a glass of Bordeaux and sip it over the Torched Blueberry Marshmallow Ice Cream, our favorite.

    Black Hills Gold and La Vie en Rose are tremendous! The Ahi Tartare beautiful presentation, tasted even more wonderful!! Love this place!

    Hungry? You MUST indulge in the Wisconsin Tempura Cheese Curds. They're buttery and rich (and pairs nicely with champagne, right?!).

    Ask Michael for a half bottle of Ruinart and a cheese plate. You won't be disappointed. Ruinart is the oldest champagne house in the France.

    Yes, this is a champagne wine bar however they have the best tempura covered cheese curds in the world. They're dusted with a foie gras powder that makes them perfectly salty. They're a must!

    Stay away from the oysters. I think they come out of a jar. They smell really fishy and the mignonette is pre-applied.

    Don't order the Jinjitsu. There are plenty good drinks to try. The Jinjitsu tastes like a urinal cake.

    While you cant go wrong with the bubbly, I recommend trying the steamed mussels - delicious! And, dont miss the grilled clams - they're served over smoked wood chips.
