I'll admit that the burger was good, and certainly a lot of meat for the money. But come on guys, you've hyped this too much. The burgers at Yo Mama's in French Quarter are waay more juicy and tasty.

If you love burgers, this place is worth the usually long wait to get in. They invented the New Orleans style burger (think HUGE). Don't expect any french fries though--a baked potato is their thing.

Try a Neptune Monsoon to drink. A blend of tropical juices, passion fruit and two kinds of rum. A large pour, so one will do you more than well.

Great place to grab dinner in Marigny. Might be a wait, but grab a drink to pass the time. Eating at the bar also will help you avoid the line.

Be careful someone stole my wife's purse inside this place. Don't put it in the chair somebody is going to take it. They don't have any camera inside and the police said that's not the first time.

The burger was ok it could have been seasoned better. But it was huge and the baked potato and bread were amazing. Also got a steak that was ok as well. Just not what I was expecting.

Don't go here for anything besides a burger and a potato. And when you go for those things you'll be happy you did.

I tried this place after hearing so much about it. I didn't realize the menu would be so limited. The quality of burgers is very satisfying, but I wouldn't call it well-seasoned. Hearty meal, though.

I call 'em how I see 'em: Ridiculous wait for what is arguably the best burger in New Orleans. Damn it's good! But is it worth the wait? Close call. Probably, yes.

LOVE this place! Our favorite US burger joint, & well worth the wait! We sit at the bar & order a (huge!) cheeseburger, loaded baked potato and a big & boozy Monsoon. Best hole-in-the-wall in NOLA!!

I'm not sure why people rave about the burgers here. My cheeseburger was cold and flavorless. Service was pretty slow. Drinks were good though.

Get the Burger and everything on the potatoes butter, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions topped with smothered mushrooms. My wife ordered the steak her first time... it's her regular order now.

I was swatting away flies for most of my meal, and the "chives" on the baked potato were really just green onions, but DAMN was that one juicy burger!

Get a Neptune's Monsoon - two kinds of rum and a mix of tropical juices in a 20 oz cup . On a lunch break? Get a Windjammer - just half a Monsoon.

Try the Neptune's Monsoon - The original $10 drink that doesn't take 10 minutes to make. 1/3 through and I'm feeling it. Going to make me want the burger even more

Best burger in town but you can't beat the price of a solid rib eye. Eat either. Leave happy. Expect a wait. Keep an eye in the bar. Great place to eat.

Wait outside with your drink of choice, mine = Windjammer, when you finally get a table, order a burger with everything and a baked potato with everything. Then nap.

Order a few burgers. Sure, they’re so succulent and delicious, but they cook down to a “where’s the beef” size. They’re not quite sliders, but hardly brontosaurus burger size either. Read more

You may wait a while for a table, but try the burger - it's worth every minute in line. Plus, who ever heard of serving a burger with a baked potato instead of fries? Surprisingly, it works.

World famous Burgers and infamous Monsoon cocktails! They also have great steaks! Whenever I go here I feel like I am at a party. (Must be college vibes implanted in my brain.)
