Walk to Celery Flats from here is 1.5 miles on a wonderful trail. Very easy to walk, and this is coming from someone who doesn't exercise!

We own Elements Chiropractic Clinic, which is across the street, and my husband and I walk over to the park and walk every day on our lunch hour. It's a great place to see people and exercise!

Take the kids across the walking bridge. They love being above cars! Also, explore the trails in the woods. They go back to the river. Very pretty!

Nice trail, busy on weekends with families. Don't miss the historical area across the road.

Good spot to run or rollerblade. Kayaking is decent, but don't go if the water's low.
