If you're expecting Canadian poutine, then lower your expectations. The gravy is more of a liquid that seeps through the fries & doesn't have much thickness to it. Stick to the weird flavors

Chef/owner is a celiac, so all the food including the sauces is gluten-free friendly. And it is delicious.
