As good as chain fast casual gets. Only Chipotle can compare when it comes to ingredient quality and consistency. Italian with everything, bag of Zapps and a fountain made Arnold Palmer is the winner

The absolute best chain sandwich place around. Fresh cold cuts and amazing milk shakes are their forte. If u like meat try the Wreck or Pizza. Always toasted always delish. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more

The phone # for this Potbelly Sandwich Shop is 646-289-4204. Double Meat option equals double the joy, especially for the Italian on Multigrain bread. Grand opening is Wed 10/26! Great service here!

Sandwiches are just okay. This was a daily lunch spot for me in college at Ohio State. I still prefer to go to your typical NYC deli for my sandwiches over PotBelly.

  • Christopher T.
Everything's good here, but my staple is a wreck on white, everything no mayo no mustard. Pick up a sugar cookie with it to get the savory/sweet combo down :)

A Brooklyn sandwich chain that does toasted sandwiches rather nicely. There isn't much seating, but the staff is friendly and there's live music at lunchtime.

Great people who remember their regulars. The grilled chicken cheddar is great but you can always change up the classic wreck.

The mediterranean sandwich is phenomenal!! Now I just have to try to recreate it at home! Highly recommended!!!!

Didn't like their Oreo shake. Very basic and the cookies-component is too finely minced. I prefer chunks of oreos in my shake!

"Thin-cut, double-meat, original turkey breast on multigrain" ...And now my Potbelly order has become longer than my Starbucks order.

Solid solo Union Square lunch choice. They could use a better ventilation system in here, though. Smoky!
