Spice lovers rejoice, Nashville natives love their fried chicken with some fire and Prince's Hot Chicken Shack lives up to the name. As seen on Man v Food Nation.

don't order the hottest, 'hot' is hot enough.. mild is still pretty damn warm. Bring your own drinks (and lots of em) and wash your hands before touching your eyes! Be prepared for a wait / line.

An underground must-eat in Nashville. Though I don't know how "underground" when it is since it's been on Food Network and the Travel Channel. Order a Quarter White, Medium. Perfect for spice lovers.

The medium is plenty hot. The hot is painfully hot. The extra hot had me seeing stars once, and someone else had to drive me home. My mouth waters uncontrollably whenever I think of this chicken.

Puts a fire in your belly and you'll love every second of it! The hot is HOT, the extra hot is like the devil himself made it but still wouldn't touch it. Think before you eat, don't be a champ!

We love spicy but I would start with mild here. Ok to bring in drinks so bring milk. Also pieces are very big. We ended up with too much food. The $5 wings are a great deal. Would pass on coleslaw.

Medium heat is hot. Hot and XHot not recommended for mortals. BYO dairy-based cooling agent as the drink selection is poor and unreliable. A memorable experience...for at least 2 days afterwards.
