Try to call proton 1800 hotline n say that u wanna make an appointment. The customer service will pass d msg, n COE will return ur call. I tried to ask COEs no but they said, i can just try to call

I have to revisit CoE. I hope the services offered could be improvised before i make the visit. To Proton staffs, please make it worth my day. Please read all these negative comments and make ammends.

I like sedan cars and Proton cars fit the cut. I must say Proton is on the right track towards excellence. Must not be compared to other car manufacturers coz Proton is way too young.

Quiet dissapointed with the service, need to install back my gps but they forgot the security code... Next time please check everything before hand over to customer back... Now have to wait again.....

Customer service at counter sucks! There is one lady who is super annoying n I can tell everyone is annoyed by her. I think her name is suhaily.
The slowest service center in the world where all the technician are unmotivated to work. Cars left unattended for hours in service bays. Avoid this place at all cost unless absolutely necessary.
Made appointment also have to wait for number to be called. Might as well just walk in.. also wait for number to be called. Weird system......

1st class facility with 3rd class people manning the COSE. Counter staff slow and incompetent. Very difficult to get your calls answered. Perodua customer care is so much better.

As much as i like Proton cars, they should improve their service center SOP, bloody slow, some of the technicians will immediately ask you to replace parts without checking what causes the failure 1st

Bad customer service.Tidak apa attitude among staff.Buying spare parts took me 1.5 hours, going 3 different counter to register,check availability, issuance of invoice took them 45mins!WTF seriously?!
Don't bother wasting time sending your car here. Lazy, slow, tidak-apa attitude spreads like cancer around here.Even buying spare parts took me 1.5hours,with READY and available parts.u do the math!
Do not eat at the Bistro here. The food is bad!
