Unfortunately, not accessible for my family's handicap van. Would have appreciated knowing this before driving an hour to get there and not being able to go at all.

Parking go down by taking a right and immediate right towards exit.... Usually quite a bit of parking.
Every store the I visited had exceeded my expectations in customer service. Adds a better personal experience at the mall in general.
Godiva chocolate gives samples once a month with your email, also the parking is $2.00 park on the lower level so that you can leave sooner and get all your shopping done.

Providence Place Mall is the largest carpeted mall in New England!
Avoid the parking lot on nights & weekends by parking at the State House.
PacSun has a clearance selection of jeans in the back left corner of the store. T-Mobile 3rd floor has best trained staff for pre-paid smart phones.
The bathrooms are pretty decent for a mall

My favorite mall. Dave & Busters is amazing.
Great place to shop while kids are in school. Grab some chinese food when the mall is closing. They give you almost 2x the serving.
