Always a treat. Gabrielle's quirky takes on classic dishes. This time had the Shrimp w/anchovy butter to start. Be sure to mop up all the sauce with the good bread!

Good brunch dishes, and an elaborate Bloody Mary menu. They don't take reservations for brunch, so be preparedto wait...

Not much elbow room and service wasn't particularly friendly when we went, but still really enjoyed the food and vibes!

Really can't go wrong at Prune. Small dishes make it perfect for sharing with friends. Special roasted beef rib is messy but perfect for bone gnawers. Ask for advice on wine. Save room for dessert.

The Dutch pancakes are the best!!! The spaghetti a la carbonara is also yummy! Small spot and gets busy for brunch, but worth the wait!

Above average brunch - the soft eggs were very good, bacon could have been better and the potatoes were a little oily. The pancake, however, is exceptional.

Possibly my favorite brunch in the city to date. Definitely a restaurant with spunky character. They serve kick-ass Bloody Marys & the spaghetti carbonara is divine. Also devoured the Dutch pancake.

Best bloodys! And my new favorite thing to order is the oyster omelette - the remoulade sauce is amazing.

So dang cute in here. Come early before they open on the weekends to get first-seating for brunch. I always get the sausage and oysters, but I'm always left feeling hungry. I'll just order more.

Try something different for brunch... Sausage & oysters. And get the perfect bibb salad on the side. Not into that idea? Here's another one: spaghetti al carbonara.

Highlights are the Dutch pancake and chickpea stew. Very small space and popular on weekends so be sure to come early (before 10:30) to avoid a wait

Casual bistro serving potent drinks and fantastic mains. Try their veal main dish and squid appetiser. Order the ginger cake to finish off.

You can't go wrong with any appetiser here that includes blue cheese. I know that sounds dumb but trust me.

On the bar food menu, do try their sardines, even if you've never liked them before! They are served with Triscuits, Dijon mustard, chopped red onion, and Capers! Delicious with beverage of choice

They have some of the very best Sweetbreads anywhere! It's on the Appetizer menu, but an entire order, salad, bread and wine is all you need. Especially if you had bar food first whilst waiting!

What sold me first on Prune was an article in The New York Times: the chef owner remarked that the very best food was what was left stuck to the bottom of the pot ❤️. I was in love from that moment!

Genuinely one of the best pancakes ever. I've been to Prune for dinner + brunch, both of which are phenomenal. I'd recommend to anyone. The environment, the food, and the people are perfect. ✨
