Having the menu on a surfboard sets the mood for this inventive way to serve a hot dog, put a hole in the middle of the bun. -Heather Hurlbert, Top Chef Just Desserts

MOLD ON BREAD!!! Be careful! Our puka dog had black mold on the end. When we told the inexperienced young staff, their reply was "oh sorry..."

The chile/spiciest sauce isn't very hot. If you like heat, don't hold back; be sure to get the chile over jalapeno.
