Their check in is ridiculous. Call you days before to pre-register and when you show up at the office they send you back to register to check in! WTF Queens??!!
If you are visiting someone in long term care, make sure you mention it to the valet folks when you validate and parking is free. You will need to know the patients room number.
Worst er in the country, unless you are a homeless drug attic, the nurses and Drs are horrible and don't care about patients, they really need to find another occupation, not reek of bo and smoke yuck

If you are waiting a while they have a little self serve Starbucks kiosk. Also have plate lunches and a convenience store.
Thursday omelette bar is a great deal! It's large so it's perfect to share.

If parking lot is full, try parking across the street at Department of health. $2 for 2 hours.
The cafeteria has good meals at a reasonable cost.
