Only one person working the Front Desk at 5 PM. Had to pull all my bags in myself while the bellman stood in the lobby looking aloof. Terrible first impression.

Coming for concert.. park valet, but park early. Traffic gets bad in downtown if you wait until last minute.

No help for gluten free, 10$ burger was over cooked and sign says please wait to be seated or in our case please wait then be told to seat yourself

Nice hotel for what it is. The staff is a little flighty ( especially room service) but all in all a good hotel in a good location.

Decent hotel but why are there no blackout shades. I've never been to a hotel without them. No privacy at night if you have the light on and woken up by the sun, not cool.

Great location right across the street from the Arena and near some good bars and restaurants. Free WIFI access was wonderful.

Slowest elevators ever, perhaps save the Omni hotel on the natti! Take the stairs, get some cardio.

If going on a busy night with alot happening downtown, use the valet. They give u in/out parking privelages 4 the fee. Much easier than parking on your own.

The artwork in the rooms reflect an aspect of United Church of Christ history and heritage. Bibles in the drawer are from the United Church of Christ. Learn more www.UCC.org

Top-notch hotel for a cheap price. Extremely clean, fantastic breakfast, comfortable beds and friendly staff – what more can you ask for! Near the two sports fields and plenty of restaurants. Read more

Don't stay here...paper thin walls, no top on my dresser, no blackout shades, early am street noise like a rocket taking off, unfriendly staff, Hyatt Arcade or Crowne Plaza...way better.
